FIFA investigates record transfer in the history

Baku. 10 May. REPORT.AZ/ FIFA has opened an investigation into Paul Pogba's world-record transfer from Juventus to Manchester United.

The Frenchman moved to the club last summer for EUR 105.2 mln to become the most expensive player in the history of the sport. FIFA have asked United Manchester for "clarification on the deal", though it remains unclear what details are under scrutiny.
Pogba’s record can be broken in coming period by another transfer. Manchester United seeks to transfer Barcelona’s Brazilian striker Neymar for EUR 200 mln. Mancunians agree to double the salary of the player, offering EUR 25 mln a year not counting bounces and extras.
The analysts of the International Center for Sport Studies estimated Neymar’s cost at EUR 246.8 mln. According to the experts, another star of Barcelona Lionel Messi follows his teammate with EUR 170.5 mln estimated value. Pogba is the third with EUR 155.3 mln value.
