Another Italian candidate for Azerbaijani national team: Eusebio Di Francesco

Italian manager and former professional footballer who played as a midfielder Eusebio Di Francesco may become a head coach of the Azerbaijan national team. After he retired from football, he served as a team manager for Roma FC. In 2017 Francesco visited Baku for a Roma: Qarabag match that ended with the victory of the Italians 2: 1. At the moment, the Turkish club Fenerbahçe FC is also seriously interested in the specialist.

Notably, earlier Italian candidates Gianni De Biasi, Luigi Di Biagio, and Cesare Prandelli were also candidates for the post of head coach of the Azerbaijani national team.
