Greek champion is interested in Qarabag footballer

Baku. 7 March. REPORT.AZ/ Greek AEK Club is interested in footballer of Azerbaijani national team and Qarabag Mahir Madatov.

Report informs citing Sport Time that “yellow-blacks" negotiated with the 22-year-old striker at the end of the winter transfer season. If the talks continued positively, the Athens representative decided to postpone the issue. However, Madatov is still in the spotlight of Greek champions. It is not ruled out that AEK will transfer in the summer.

Totally, Mahir Madatov has scored seven goals, made 4 productive passes in 34 games for this season. He played in all matches of the Europa League group stage. Madatov scored two goals in 12 games in the Azerbaijani national team.
