2022 World Cup qualifiers: Azerbaijan to face Portugal

Azerbaijan's national team will hold their next match as part of the qualification round of the world football championship of 2022.

Report informs that Gianni de Biasi's team will face Portugal in their fifth match in Group A. The game will start at 20:00 local time at the Olympic Stadium in Baku.

FIFA's Italian referee Marco Guida will officiate the match. He will be assisted by Filippo Meli, Alessandro Konstanzo and Fabio Maresca.

The team will enter the pitch with serious losses after Maxim Medvedev and Rustam Ahmadzada sustained injuries, and Anton Krivotsuk had to miss the match due to the card.

Ronaldo, who also received the yellow card in the previous match, did not arrive in Baku.
