Tax revenues in Azerbaijan near $5B in 1H2024

The state budget received 8.282 billion manats (over $4.871 billion) through the State Tax Service (STS) under the Economy Ministry in the first six months of 2024, down 9.8% year-on-year, Report informs citing the STS.

In addition to the forecast, over 1.053 billion manats (over $619.6 million) were added to the state budget.

During the first half of 2024, tax revenues from the non-oil and gas sector grew by 13% compared to the same period last year and reached 5.874 billion manats (about $3.455 billion).
