Subsidiary investment company of Yapı Kredi Bank Azerbaijan closes

Baku. 29 December. REPORT.AZ/ “Yapı Kredi Invest” LLC, subsidiary investment company of “Yapı Kredi Bank (Azerbaijan)” CJSC announced its liquidation.

Report informs referring to the Ministry of Taxes.

According to information, creditors can apply with their requests to the office at Jalil Mammadguluzade street 73G, block 628, Nasimi district, Baku city, during 2 months.

Notably, “Yapı Kredi Invest” LLC was founded in 2007. Licenses for broker and dealer activities and asset management provided to the company based on law on “Securities market” entered into force on July 15, 2015, expired in the end of previous year, after which the company’s operations were frozen.
