SOFAZ to provide 30.3% of Azerbaijan's 2027 budget revenues

Azerbaijan's 2027 state budget envisages a transfer of 11.9 billion manats ($7 billion) from the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ).

According to Report, citing the Ministry of Finance, this is 7.3% less than the approved forecast for 2026.

The planned SOFAZ transfer is equivalent to 30.3% of projected budget revenues, down 2.9 percentage points year on year.

Azerbaijan's state budget revenues are expected to amount to 39.234 billion manats ($23.08 billion) in 2027, while expenditures are projected at 42.4 billion manats ($24.94 billion).
