Repo operations with SOCAR bonds started

Baku. 18 October. REPORT.AZ/ The bonds of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) (ISIN AZ2001019895) were entered in the repo (repurchase agreement) list of ‘Baku Stock Exchange’ CJSC (BSE).
Report informs referring to the BSE.
According to the information, along with trade in the secondary market of BSE, may be launched repo transactions with the bank's bonds.
Notably, instruments with high liquidity chosen as subjects for repo transactions, controlled by market makers. ‘PSG Kapital’ Investment Company is a market maker of the bonds, which guarantees their return. SOCAR bonds repo ratio agreed with the National Depository Centre at 5%.
