Petkim increases capital by 28%

Petkim Holding, mainly owned by SOCAR, will increase the capital by 28% to TRY 2.112 billion, Report informs citing Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
"It was decided at the shareholder meeting held on April 29 to increase the capital by 28% from TRY 1.650 billion to TRY 2.112 billion," the information said.
The increase of TRY 462 million will be compensated by previous years’ profit.
