Palladium price exceeds $1,300 for first time since September 2023

The price of palladium futures rose by almost 3% on July 14, rising above $1,300 per troy ounce for the first time since late September 2023, Report informs referring to the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME).
The price of September palladium futures rose by 2.58% to $1,315.25 per troy ounce.
The price rose above the $1,300 mark for the first time since September 20, 2023.
The price of the futures has been growing for the third month in a row; since the beginning of July, the growth has already amounted to almost 18% after an increase of 13.4% in June and 4.1% in May.
In total, the growth for this period amounted to almost 45%.
