Nikoil Bank increases its authorized capital by 11%

Baku. 5 February. REPORT.AZ/ Nikoil Bank OJSC will increase its authorized capital by 25 mln AZN or 11.36% up to 245 mln AZN.
Report was informed in the bank.
According to him, 12.5 million shares with a face value of 2 AZN each will be issued. Securities will be placed by closed subscription on the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE). They especially may be bought by current shareholders of the bank, mainly Topaz Investments CJSC.
Notably, Nikoil Bank was established in 2002 on the basis of the commercial bank Ülpər, operating since 1994. The authorized capital of the bank is 220 million AZN. The main investor of the bank is Topaz Investments CJSC (93.16%). One individual owns 6.68%, another 0.16% belongs to ISR Holding Ltd.
