Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund issues 143 mortgage loans in May

As of June 1, 2020, government mortgage lending stood at AZN 1,466,568,000, up AZN 9.969 million or 0.7% from the previous year, Report informs citing the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF).
In May, the number of government mortgage loans increased by 143 from 28,818 to 28,961.
The amount of loans with state guarantee and subsidy increased by AZN 6.212 million or 7.75% to AZN 86.391 million.
The MCGF has AZN 775.644 million-bonds in circulation, up AZN 20.832 million, or 2.8% from AZN 754.812 million in 2019. the previous year.
