Germany increases direct investments in Azerbaijan almost threefold

In 2024, German foreign direct investment (FDI) in the economy of Azerbaijan amounted to $75.297 million, Report informs referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
The volume of FDI increased by 2.83 times, or by $48.779 million, over the year.
The share of investments from Germany in the total volume of FDI in Azerbaijan is 1.1%.
In 2024, foreign direct investment in the economy of Azerbaijan amounted to $7.046 billion (with an increase of 5.83% over the year).
