The GDP of 19 eurozone countries grew by 4.6% in annual terms and by 0.3% in quarterly terms in the fourth quarter of 2021, Report informs, citing EuroStat.
Analysts polled by DailyFx expected the Euro Area GDP to grow at 4.7% in annual terms in the fourth quarter of the year, and the quarterly figure was in line with analysts' forecasts.
