Effective exchange rates of Azerbaijani manat up

As of May 1, 2023, the nominal effective exchange rate of the Azerbaijani manat against foreign currencies was 95.5 points.

Referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, Report informs that this is 1 point more than the previous month, 0.3 point more than the beginning of the year, and 4.3 points more than a year earlier.

As of the end of April this year, the real effective exchange rate of the manat was 121.8 points, down 1.9 points from the previous month, 0.5 points from early 2023, and up 5.9 points from the same period of 2022.
