Circulation velocity of Azerbaijani manat slightly down

As of February 1, 2023, the circulation rate of the Azerbaijani manat was 4.02 points, Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).

The CBA noted that this is 0.51 points less than on January 1, 2023, and 0.79 points less than in February 2022.

According to the statistics of the Central Bank, the lowest threshold for the velocity of circulation of the manat over the past 17 years was recorded at the end of January 2015 - 2.68 points. The highest was recorded in 2005 - 15.72 points.
