Baku. 2 October. REPORT.AZ/ Chairman of Ateshgah Sigorta OJSC Board of Directors Talat Safarov has resigned.
Report informs referring to company.
He became a member of the Board of Directors (BD) to Ateshgah Heyat OJSC. Azer Aliyev from the BD of the company was appointed the Chairman of Ateshgah Sigorta OJSC.
Notably, Ateshgah Sigorta was founded in 1996. The authorized capital is AZN 5,008,500. The shareholders are ISR Holding LLC (63%), Ran-Exim LLC (27%), the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Republic (10%).
Ateshgah Heyat Sigorta was established in 1998. Its authorized capital amounts to 6.5 million AZN The company's shares are owned by 100% Ran-Exim.
