CBA receives $58M from assets management last year

Baku. 12 November. REPORT.AZ/ Key priority of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan’s (CBA) policy on currency reserves management in 2017 was to preserve the funds, Report informs citing CBA’s annual report.
The document also says that as the main components of the investment policy on currency reserves management, high credit quality and liquidity of the assets were maintained.
"As at the end of the reporting period, 90% of currency reserves were in USD, 5% in EUR, 2% in GBP, and 3% in SDR (IMF). CBA currency reserves increased by $1.36 billion to $5.33 billion. The bank received $58.2 million from assets management," the report said.
