BTC Co. paid 72 mln AZN dividends to SOCAR in 2017

Baku. 7 July. REPORT.AZ/ In 2017, the SOCAR's associate - BTC Co declared dividends in the amount of AZN 72 ($ 42 mln) that were fully paid to SOCAR.

Report informs, says the SOCAR's consolidated financial statement prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards for 2016.

According to statement, dividends were fully paid to SOCAR.

Notably, BTC Co. has been established for Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline operations.

Shareholders of BTC Co. are: BP (with 30,10%), AzBTC (25,00%), Chevron (8,90%), Statoil (8,71%), TPAO (6,53%), ENİ (5,00%), Total (5,00%), Itochu (3,40%), Inpex (2,50%), CIECO (2,50%) and ONGC (BTC) Ltd (2.36%).
