Bank Silk Way to be renamed - EXCLUSIVE

Baku. 22 November. REPORT.AZ/ Bank Silk Way will be renamed to Premium Bank from tomorrow, Report informs citing the bank's message to customers.

Bank Silk Way, which is the legal heir of Azal Bank, was established in 2008. 84.5% of bank’s shares was owned by Zarifa Hamzayeva, 15.2% by VIP Aviation Services LLC of Silk Way Holding and 0.3%  by Elchin Eldar Ahmadov (head of the bank’s Supervisory Board).
