"Bank Respublika" reshuffles

Baku. 29 March. REPORT.AZ/ On March 28, "Bank Respublika" has held an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders.

Report informs, Shakir Rahimov was appointed the Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He replaced Elchin Guliyev in this post.

Besides, shareholders also decided to raise authorized capital by 20 mln AZN.

Notably, the bank was established in 1992. At present, its authorized capital is 57.461 mln AZN.
