Bank of England holds discount rate stable

Baku. 3 August. REPORT.AZ/ The Bank of England has made the decision to maintain the main features of the monetary policy the same.

Report informs citing the Russian media, the bank has made the decision to maintain the discount rate at 0,25% and confirmed the purchase of the assets worth 435 billion pounds.

The decision of the Bank of England has coincided with the predictions of analysts.
