"Azərişıq" increases share capital by 42%

Baku. 12 December. REPORT.AZ/ Financial Markets Supervision Chamber (FMSC) registered additional issue of 131,050,000 ordinary shares (AZ1001001176) of "Azərişıq" in sum of 262.1 mln AZN.

Report informs referring to the Chamber, shares will be placed by private subscription.

Thus, the authorized capital of "Azərişıq" JSC increased by 42.1% - up to 885,633,532 AZN and the number of shares will reach 442,816,766 units.

Notably, Cabinet of Ministers amended its decision to approve the charter and structure of "Azərişıq" JSC in February, 2016. 

The amendment provides for the capital growth in company. Until today, the share capital in company was equal to 623 533 532 AZN, number of shares - 311,766,766 units.
