AzerGold issues dollar bonds with an annual yield of 4%

AzerGold CJSC is preparing to place its bonds on Baku Stock Exchange CJS.
These are 200 thousand bonds ($ 20 million) each with a value 100 US dollars, Report says, citing the company.
The securities will be placed through a public offering and will be in circulation for three years. Their annual yield is 4%. Interest will be paid quarterly. The underwriter of the process is PASHA Capital Investment Company CJSC.
