Azerbaijan, Slovakia mull combating digital fraud

Azerbaijan and Slovakia discussed improving mechanisms to combat digital fraud, Governor of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, Taleh Kazimov, wrote on X, Report informs.

"We had a productive meeting with a delegation led by the Governor of the National Bank of Slovakia, Peter Kažimír, during their visit to Baku. At the meeting, we highlighted the significant potential for cooperation in the regulation of capital markets and the insurance sector, the modernization of supervisory frameworks, safeguarding financial stability, enhancing financial literacy, combating digital fraud, and strengthening consumer protection. Additionally, we exchanged views on initiatives aimed at further strengthening institutional ties and expanding bilateral cooperation between organizations," Kazimov wrote on X.
