Azerbaijan’s monetary base rises 21%

As of May 1, 2023, the monetary base in Azerbaijan amounted to 17,609,900,000 manats ($10.36 billion), 0.45 % less than a month earlier, Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
The monetary base increased by 0.9% compared to early 2023 and by 20.9% in comparison to a year earlier.
