Azerbaijan's monetary base down 2% in November

As of December 1, 2021, the monetary base in Azerbaijan amounted to 14,279,100,000 manats (-2.3% from November 1), Report mentions, referring to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
However, the monetary base in the country increased by 5.3% compared to the beginning of the year and by 21% over the past year.
