Azerbaijan's external public debt falls by 8%

As of June 1, Azerbaijan's external public debt amounted to $4.6424 billion.
According to the State Statistics Committee, this figure is 8% lower compared to the same period last year.
In May alone, the country's external public debt decreased by $36 million.
For comparison, in 2025 Azerbaijan's external debt also declined by 6.7%, reaching $4.8135 billion (about 8.183 billion manats).
