Azerbaijan's budget revenues from paid services fall 26% below forecast in 4 months

During the first four months of 2025, revenues from paid services provided by budget-funded organizations in Azerbaijan totaled 200.3 million manats ($117.8 million), which is 26.4% lower than forecasted, Report informs, citing the country’s Ministry of Finance.
Meanwhile, other budget revenues during the same period reached 182.3 million manats ($107.2 million), exceeding forecasts by 22.4%.
