Azerbaijan Q1 budget surplus exceeds $483M

In January-March, Azerbaijan’s budget revenues stood at 9,234.3 million manats ($5.42 billion) and expenditures at 8,412.6 million manats ($4.94 billion), respectively, up 11.4% and 28.1% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.
Consequently, the surplus amounted to 821.7 billion manats ($483.05 million), 52.3% less than the previous year.
