Azerbaijan posts 21% decline in troubled loans

As of November 1, 2022, the overdue loans in Azerbaijan stood at 646 million manats ($380 million), down 0.5% from the previous month.
According to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, this figure is 10.2% less than in early 2022 and 20.8% than a year earlier.
In the reporting period, the share of troubled loans in the total loan portfolio was 3.2%, while this figure was 3.3% last month, 4.2% in late 2021 and 5% as of November 1, 2021.
