Azerbaijan posts 12% increase in broad money supply

The volume of broad money supply in Azerbaijan amounted to 41,371,800,000 manats (over $24 billion) as of June 1, down 3.4% from the beginning of the year and up 0.5% m-o-m and 11.8% y-o-y.
Report informs referring to Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) that the volume of broad money supply at the end of June amounted to 30,368,800,000 (nearly $18 billion), which is 0.6% more than at the end of May, 2.7% more than at the beginning of the year and 19.7% y-o-y.
