Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan mull human capital development

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) and the National Bank of Kazakhstan discussed human capital development, Report informs, citing the CBA.

According to the CBA, the delegation of the bank was on a working visit to Kazakhstan. During the meetings held within the framework of the visit, experience was exchanged on human capital development, performance management, improving the skills of employees through various learning and development activities, as well as other topics in the field of human resources.
