Average monthly salary increases in Nakhchivan

In January-March 2022, the average monthly salary of an employee in Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic reached 585.8 manats ($344.59), Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

According to the committee, this figure is 9.2 percent higher than in the same period of 2021.

At the same time, access of business entities to credit resources has been constantly improving. In January-April 2022, banks and credit organizations of the Autonomous Republic issued 95,907,100 manats ($56.4 million) of loans to legal entities and individuals which is 39.2 percent more when compared to the last year’s figures.
