Volume of associated gas supplied to SOCAR down 45%

During the first half of the year, ACG delivered an average of around 6 million cubic metres (-3 billion cubic metres or 33.3%) per day of ACG associated gas to the state of Azerbaijan (1.1 billion cubic metres in total), primarily at the Sangachal terminal but also to SOCAR’s Oil Rocks facility (-0.9 million cubic metres or 45%), Report informs, citing business update - joint press release issued by BP Exploration (Caspian Sea).
The remainder of the associated gas produced was re-injected for reservoir pressure maintenance.
