STAR Refinery’s petroleum coke production in Türkiye up by over 5%

The STAR oil refinery, an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Türkiye, produced nearly 64,437 tons of petroleum coke in July 2024, Report informs, citing Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).
This is 3,158 tons or 5.2% more compared to the same period in 2023.
During the reporting period, oil refineries in Türkiye produced a total of nearly 146,614 tons of petroleum coke, which is 45,454 tons or 44.94% more compared to July 2023.
