STAR Refinery's monthly LPG output falls by 24%

The STAR Refinery, an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Türkiye, produced over 14,068 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in March 2024, Report informs, citing the Turkish Energy Market Regulation Authority (EMRA).
Compared to the corresponding period in 2023, this is a decrease of 24.1 percent, or 4,479 tons.
Overall, about 81,679 tons of LPG were produced by oil refineries in Türkiye in March 2024, which is 10,471 tons, or 11.4%, less than in March 2023.
