STAR Refinery's LPG production down by 28%

The STAR Refinery, an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Türkiye, produced about 15,087 tons of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in February 2024, Report informs, citing the Turkish Energy Market Regulation Authority (EMRA).
This is a decrease of 27.96 percent, or 5,856 tons, compared to the corresponding period in 2023.
In February 2024, about 75,801 tons of LPG were produced by oil refineries in Türkiye, which is 5,834 tons, or 8.3%, more than in February 2023.
