SOFAZ increases revenues from Shah Deniz field by 63% in 2022

In 2022, the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) received an income of $1.443 billion from the Shah Deniz field located in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea, up $558.207 million or 63.1% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the Fund.
In the reporting period, $328.567 million came from the sale of condensate, $25.750 million or 8.5% more than in 2021.
In 2021, SOFAZ’s income from the Shah Deniz field amounted to $884.793 million. The sale of condensate generated revenue of $302.817 million.
