SOCAR’s STAR Refinery boosts diesel production by 11%

STAR Oil Refinery, an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Türkiye, produced 496,184 tons of diesel in September 2023, down 63,271 tons, or 11.3%, from the previous year, Report informs, citing the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).
In September 2023, a total of 1,303,541 tons of diesel fuel were produced by oil refineries in Türkiye, 104,440 tons, or 7.42%, less than in the same period of 2022.
