SOCAR opens 74th filling station in Romania

Azerbaijan’s State Oil Company (SOCAR) has put into operation a new filling station in Romania, Report informs referring to SOCAR Petroleum SA.
This is the 74th filling station under the SOCAR brand in Romania and the first in the Romanian port city of Constanta.
In a short period of activity in Romania, SOCAR has become a regional trader with an annual turnover of more than 500 million euros, invested 70 million euros in the country’s energy market, and paid more than 100 million euros in taxes to the state budget.
SOCAR Petroleum SA has a network of filling stations under the SOCAR brand in 28 regions of Romania.
