SOCAR leadership visits grave of Heydar Aliyev

Today, on the 27th anniversary of the signing of the "Contract of the Century" and the professional holiday of Azerbaijani oil and gas industry workers "Oil Workers' Day," representatives of the State Oil Company (SOCAR) visited the grave of National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honor, Report informs, citing SOCAR.

The company's representatives paid tribute to the memory of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, the founder of the new oil strategy, who played an exceptional role in strengthening the Azerbaijani national statehood and economic development, and laid flowers at his grave.

Representatives of the SOCAR leadership also visited the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva in the Alley of Honors.
