SOCAR increases oil refining by 10%

In the first quarter of 2022, the refinery of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) processed 1.6 million tons of oil and 948 million cubic meters of natural gas, Report informs, citing SOCAR's report on drilling, production, processing, and export indicators in the first quarter of 2022.
As reported, oil refining increased by 9.7% compared to the same period last year.
During the quarter, about 561,000 tons of oil, petrochemical, and gas chemical products manufactured at SOCAR’s enterprises in Azerbaijan were exported to foreign countries.
