The Trans-Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) has so far supplied Italy with 49.5 billion cubic meters of gas.
Report informs that Energy Minister of Azerbaijan Parviz Shahbazov said this in a post on X while congratulating Italy on Republic Day.
The minister said Italy is Azerbaijan's main trading partner and a country that receives a significant share of its oil and gas exports.
Shahbazov noted that Azerbaijan-Italy relations, based on a multidimensional strategic partnership, are being further strengthened through new investment and energy projects, as well as humanitarian cooperation.
