Russia's Gazprom places replacement Eurobonds

On February 20, Gazprom will begin placing an issue of replacement bonds maturing in March 2025 in the amount of 500 million euros, Report informs, citing the issuer.
The issue of securities replacing the company's Eurobonds includes 500,000 bonds with a par value of 1,000 euros.
Gazprom has been placing similar securities since September. To date, the company has thus partially replaced a number of issues of Eurobonds denominated in dollars, pounds sterling and euros.
The issuer is Gazprom Capital, which is used to raise financing for Gazprom by placing bonds.
