Petkim’s net profit up by nearly 70%

Petkim, a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), located in the Aliaga settlement of the city of Izmir, Türkiye, which is part of the direct foreign investor of this country, SOCAR Türkiye, finished the second quarter of this year with a net profit of 221 million liras ($8.17 million), up 90 million liras ($3.33 million) or 68.7 %, Report informs.
Last quarter, the company's net sales revenues amounted to 10.6 billion liras ($392 million). This is an increase of 1.4 billion liras ($51.8 milion) or 15% more than in the previous quarter.
