New appointment at SOCAR Türkiye

Kanan Mirzayev has been appointed the general director of the refining and petrochemical division of SOCAR Türkiye, a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Türkiye, and Petkim Petrokimya Holding, Report informs.

Prior to this appointment, Kanan Mirzayev held the position of chief strategy officer in the company.

The head of the refining and petrochemical division of SOCAR Türkiye and the general director of Petkim Petrokimya Holding was Anar Mammadov. By order of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev dated July 28, Anar Mammadov was appointed vice-president of SOCAR.
