Hungary, Türkiye create joint venture for oil, gas exploration

Hungary's MOL and Türkiye's TPAO companies are creating a joint venture to conduct exploration work in oil and gas fields in Hungary, Peter Szijjarto, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary, wrote on X, Report informs.
“Another major Hungarian–Turkish energy success story! Today, a joint venture between MOL and a Turkish oil company was established to explore two new oil and gas fields in Hungary. Welcome to Budapest, Alparslan Bayraktar [Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources]!” reads the post.
