Gas prices in Europe increased by more than 35% to exceed $1,450 per 1,000 cubic meters at the opening of trading on February 28, Report informs referring to the London ICE exchange.
The April futures price for gas rose to $1,454 per 1,000 cubic meters at the TTF hub in the Netherlands.
The figure is 36.4% higher than the February 25 settlement price of $1,078.7.
