Gas consumption increases by 4% in Azerbaijan

In January-March of this year, the consumption of natural gas in Azerbaijan made up 4,930,836,000 cubic meters, according to SOCAR's report on drilling, production, processing, and export figures for the first quarter of 2024, Report informs.

Natural gas consumption increased by 169,794,000 cubic meters, or 3.6%, compared to the corresponding period in 2023.

In the first quarter of last year, natural gas consumption in the country amounted to 4,761,042,000 cubic meters.
